Home is in the Sunnymead Ranch subdivision, near the lake and small mall. Quiet, safe,a block from bus stop, groceries, walking trails. Beautiful home with two private rooms for rent. One is a 12x12 bedroom furnished, 2nd is a larger room, one could have a sitting area in. Both furnished, TV, internet,air, with a shared bath.
