You'd just sleep in your room & share common areas. We cook or you cook whatever you prefer. No domestic chores except your own stuff. Less than 2 miles from UAB, Kirklin, St Vincents. Would consider 2 female students to share room for $400 each. Room does not have closet but we can share. First months rent fixes the second bathroom.
