I am a 27/f with a child. A little girl almost 2 now. I need a nice place to rent that is ok with children and her father to be able to come around once in a while as he is involved with her life. I dont "party" i am quite and responsable. I can always pay rent ontime and i am looking for a lease to last at least but maybe more than one year.
