I am a junior at Washburn University currently majoring in Legal Studies. I am looking to rent out a couple of rooms to two potential college roommates (male or female). The university is a ten minute driving distance from my house. Washer & dryer, stove, microwave, and internet is provided. I only ask that you help maintain the house a healthy environment by cleaning after yourself and doing your fair share of housework. The rooms are NOT furnished. Rent is $350/mo plus utilities.
