I live by myself in an apartment on 10th street, less than a block from Lincoln Avenue. It's in an older unit (no w/d, older features & paint) but it's clean, spacious for just one person, so I'm looking for someone to take on my guest room/office! The apt is furnished, and I have a lot of cooking dishes and supplies for anyone who loves to cook (like me!). Sorry no real pets, just fish allowed. FYI I'll be living here till the end of May, then I'm going to England for the rest of the summer.
