This is just a small house that I'm renting from my grandparents. It is in a quiet neighborhood that may look a little sketchy at first, but really isn't. I'm looking for someone to share the house with to keep things cheaper. There is a fenced in back yard with a small deck that I hope to improve soon. The kitchen combines laundry, eating, & cooking areas. Your room measures about 11'x11' and has a 4'x5' walk in closet.
