I am looking for a roommate that is easy going. The rooms are in the basement of a walkout ranch home, nice deck and fenced backyard with a hammock. I have a two stall garage, that one half could be used for parking or storage for the roommate. The house is very close to everything on the east side of town. Pets are OK, I have a beagle and birds. The laundry and kitchen facilities would be the only thing we would be sharing. The roommate has the whole walkout basement. Sunny Clean space.
