Came to town for work and am looking for a quiet place to stay. Affordable 1-room rentals are surprisingly hard to come by around here, so splitting a place with someone seems to be the next best option. I don't smoke and prefer the same in a roommate. I'm not too social, and I keep to myself and try to stay quiet and unintrusive.
