I am a quiet and serious nursing student at Indian hills doing my RN. I live in a 2 bedroom house and my roommate just graduated and is moving out of state. It is a nice and clean house. I need someone to take his room. The house is rent is 500$ excluding utilities.so each person pays 250. Plus utilities will be around 350$ just depending on how we consume.
