I’m a full time student at UA looking for a roommate for the upcoming year. I have a kitten named Smokey who stays in my room. I’m very neat and tidy, and I tend to keep to myself. The available room is in a 2 bed 2 bath on the third floor of the Capstone Quarters Condominium complex. Recently remodeled, comes with living area and kitchen fully furnished. Renter will need to provide their own bedroom furnishings.
