Our house is in a quiet neighborhood near a school and the 9 1, 5, and 605 freeways. We have gardeners that come every Saturday and that are included in the rent. We use the garage for storage, but there are two parking spots in the driveway and there is always parking on the street right in front of the house. We have a front sitting room and a large family room, dining room, and kitchen. There are three rooms upstairs, one downstairs, and two bathrooms.
