The room is fairly big and has a large closet and it is the room closest to the living room. It is carpet and the rent is 260 a month before utilities. There is a additional 25 dollars needed a month if you have a pet. Only 1 pet is allowed due to the buildings policy. We would prefer not to have a roommate with a dog though. All current members of the household are gay so we need someone who is completely fine with this or gay also.
