Work all the time. Gone 3-6 days a week at times. USAF reservist I drive to Luke Afb a lot around 2-10 days a month. While at home I’m in bed by 8pm so I need quiet nap gets. I’m up early 4am at times...and gone by 05:30. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, or partying. I do occasional wine alone or out. Quiet as a mouse. In and out.
