This is a spare room. I have currnently lost a resident in the house and I would like to have a financial blanket to afford the bills. There is a bathroom across the hall that is not used by me except for laundry. I have 2 dogs and Sugar Glyders. Cable and TV included. Also full use of the rest of the house is available for your things. There is some storage in an attic. Some pets allowed. I prefer a female occupant due to issues I have had with male roomates in the past with cleanliness.
