Would consider house sitting, pet care, transportation services, etc. in exchange for reasonable rent. I'm a former realtor and educator, so am VERY RESPONSIBLE. In addition to social security, I try to work at least part-time. I have no pets of my own, but love cats and small dogs. Would not mind being one of several roommates (roughly my age) to cut costs.
