its a new apartment complex, there called luxry apartments, very nice. carpet and tile threw out. it has fair amount of parking. very nice neighborhood, very quiet. the apartment is fully furnished execpt the spare bedroom where u supply you bed. i dont have cable but will go in half in roommate wants it. if any questions just ask.
