I have a two bedroom condo that is "roommate" style. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo with the kitchen and living in the middle. I am fairly quite, but do enjoy entertaining on occasion. I am a teacher so during the school year I need it decently quite after 10 or 11 in the shared living space. I am looking for a roommate that can respect the shared living space and communicate openly. The room is furnished with a bed.
