I have a small bedroom for rent, in a awesome apt. close to town , yet in country. Seeking a female , I am a SWF , I keep my place very clean , it only has one bathroom , all appliances are included , plus WIFI and laundry and satellite , although the bedroom does not include Satellite. I am 60 years young and a homebody as I have one dog that is very old and sleep all the time . I am hoping for likewise to share with, also is parking in front of door . there is a tiny side garden to sit in .
