The house is four houses from the beach. This is not a winter rental but a unique opportunity to live beach block yearround. It has a living room, rec room, sun room, full kitchen with an island counter and 2 full baths. There is a large patio out front were you can sit and stare at the beach. There is a nice size back patio, a perfect location for our grill. Enough words you have to come and see this place to appreciate it fully. Utilties included in the price.
