I have a 3 brd house, 2 bath, on a Canal in Port Charlotte. I'm a contractor and I'm not home much. Beautiful, calm, quiet neighborhood. I like my house kept clean, and with covid very important. The bedrooms are all furnished but would be willing to move things around. I would like a transitioning professional, not a big drinker, no drugs, spiritual but not religious. I can deal with a clean pet, house training a must.
