This is a brand new apartment complex! The kitchen is stainless steel appliances and all the counters through out the apartment is quarts. In the main living quarters is wood flooring as the bedrooms have carpet and a huge walk-in closet. Your room has a BIG bay window. What all is included in the 850 is all your utilities and WIFI which is top line 1gb for those gamers like myself. Only thing not included is electricity which is split and the most each of us pays is 40-70$.
