HI! I will have a bedroom with private bath available 10/01/2018 for 12 month lease. I am single with 2 great dogs. So you must be a dog lover, but no additional pets permitted. We are in a quiet apartment sub-division off Roswell and Morgan Falls Roads. Rent is $500/mo plus 1/2 utilities of $150 each. The spacious room has slider door which opens onto porch with plenty of light and cool breezes! Occasional stay overs are okay. You MUST be a Non Smoker and NO Drug use. Hope to hear from you!
