I am a retired Residential Contractor. I lost my husband this past August & would like to have a room mate to help with the exspences. Have a 17 x 17 bed room with a separate full guest bath. A 3000 sq.Ft. Home with a screened in patio. Will have full use of the kitchen , family room, laundry room. I do smoke & have two cats. Will respect you too keep the bedroom & bathroom , kitchen , laundry room and help taking out & bring in the garbage. Asking $650.00 a month total. Negociable.
