Quiet household with 2 friendly dogs who would love to meet you:) This would be a place to kick back and relax and not have overnight guests or people over a lot. If you are non-smoker I would smoke in my own back bedroom and back family room only so there is no smoke throughout main house. I am also available to negotiate on the smoking.
