The kitchen has dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, refrigerator. There is free laundry and storage space in the basement. This house has an awesome backyard with a custom made wood stove. Only first and Last month rent required up front. I am a single young professional male. I am open to any gender and easily get along with most people, looking for someone with steady income.
