The house has 3 bdrms/2 bathrooms - You would have your own private bath, it is not connected to the bedroom but is 1 step across the hall. The house is furnished all except for the bedroom I am renting out. Utilities are usually less than $100 month and a renter would pay half of the utilities - cable is included.
