Roommate must be honest, trustworthy, no prior arrests or court record. Must be clean and tidy. Would have a private bedroom and bath, use of laundry and kitchen facilities. Parking for one vehicle. I am an 86 year-old straight lady in good health except for average age-related issues who would occasionally like a hand with simple chores.
