I have a room right off a lake, I have a dog, cat and 3 small birds. I am 64 and home most of the day and night. The bedroom is good sized with an awesome bed. I rarely have guests and am looking for someone who does not have many possessions other than the ones that can fit in their room. My health is so so and I am looking for someone who is quiet, does not smoke and is looking for a quiet neighborhood with a parking space. Pets are welcome and my backyard is not large but is fenced off.
