We have a downstairs room with private bath in a 4 bedroom house for rent in Menifee. It includes all house privileges (laundry, kitchen, etc.) and we have a garage fridge for extra food and extra room in the garage for storage if needed. We have 2 older cats who don't mind dogs because we have a 6 lb. one of our own. We're very laid back, friendly people (it's myself, my husband and 2 daughters).
