I have a private bedroom with a private bathroom in my town home/apartment that I am looking to rent out to a roommate (house-share) who is a good fit. We live in Ballston Spa just south of the downtown area and 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. We have 3 small and very friendly dogs, so we unfortunately cannot allow any more pets in the house. Dog lover and non-smoker is a must. Our unit is about 1700 square feet with w/d in unit. I am a young professional working in Saratoga Springs.
