Looking for a decent sized room. I dont mind sharing a bathroom but cleanliness is a must. I have a small dog (25-35 lbs). She is spayed, up to date on shots, very well behaved. I am a smoker, but I dont smoke inside. Will be gone most of the time, with work and family. I'm easy going, quiet, keep to myself most of the time, I'm willing to compromise on a lot but communication is key!
