Looking for a responsible female HSU student (preferably grad student) to split the large master bedroom with another female grad student (me) in a shared 2 bed 3 bath house with two other female grad students. Rent is $475/mo + utilities (~$80/mo) and lease starts on June 1. The house is completely furnished 3 bed 2 bath located 5 min drive/bus ride or 25 min walk to HSU. No smoking/pets allowed in house. We're all very friendly and chill, like plants, the outdoors, and are crafty.
