I have a 2 bedroom town house that I am looking for a roommate, my boyfriend and I recently broke up, and he is going to be moving out, but I need to find a roommate first since I cannot afford the whole rent on my own. Your rent will be 400 a month, and we will split half of the utilities. The lease is up the end of January, so we can try it out until the end of that lease, and if all is good, we can re-new the lease :). I have 2 cats so you much be a cat lover
