Spacious 3 bedroom house. Quiet area, 10 minutes from the town of Waxhaw, yet very close to Cane Creek. Nice size yard, I do have 2 dogs, so you'd have to be ok with this, & extra responsible as far as they're concerned. Nice area, perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I'm very friendly, laid back but fun.. please be clean and responsible, and we'll do fine:). Prefer non smoking female.
