I'm a December graduate of Grinnell College, but I'm planning to stay through may to start up a microbusiness doing "sustainability audits", take a class, and perhaps take on one other job. I'm looking for an apartment that is as inexpensive as possible, but ideally has a decent kitchen. Location-wise, I would ideally be close to campus, but within biking distance is fine too.
