My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate. We're renewing our lease for our apartment in November (to June) but you can move in sooner than that! We each pay $478.33 a month w/ water included. We have an in unit washer and dryer, and you'd have your own bedroom and bath. It's a 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath unit with ceiling fans.
