I would like to be close to campus and in a house or apartment that remains respectful of people's things and friendly. Washer and dryer is preferred and more than one bathroom. I rarely have people over, but I do plan to have overnight guests every once in a while. I usually stick to myself and will stay relatively quiet. I also do not mind pets.
