Looking for clean, responsible roommate. No drinking or smoking is allowed in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The room available shares the upstairs bathroom with one of the tenants. My roommates are incredible people! They are both in their 30s and are both teachers. They are friendly, easy going and you really couldn't have better people to live with. The house is two story with a back yard. It is near the Hwy 41 and easy access to Cal Poly (about 20 minutes away.
