I am an older woman (50+) looking to share my home. Will consider reducing the rent in exchange for mowing/small repairs on month to month bases. Non furnished room. I do have extra dressers if you need them. Rent includes, gas, elect, internet, trash, washer dryer. Large kitchen area to use as well as large living room area. Private bedroom and bath. Front and back decks. Storage shed, that can hold a motorcycle or extra boxes. I work full time home evening and weekends. No smoking in the house
