My brother and I renting this 4 bed, 3.5 bath in Brookline for 1375 a room (utilities are an extra 35-50 a month). Super central, easy to find parking, massive space (in fact there's so much space we're not sure what to do with all of it.) Recently polished hardwood floors so everything looks super new and shiny! Home has always been a special place for us so we want to make this place look really nice. We'd also like to meet two people that we can get close to and go out with on weekends
