Very large room looking out across street to Penobscot Bay, a couple miles from Belfast. Ensuite shower/bathroom. Presently being painted. Access to Kitchen with all new Bosch appliances. Lots of parking. Due to allergies, I can not have people who smoke or attend meetings or other places where there is a lot of smoking. Looking for someone who wants a lovely place they would treat as home. Monthly, or six-month lease or arrangement with a person who will be here on and off is possible.
