I’m a senior, newly widowed and have two rooms available July 1, possibly sooner. 1300 sq ft, 3 bed two bath, open concept duplex with adjoining two car garages. No shared walls with them. Fully fenced in back yard with screened patio for smokers. Hopefully a pool soon. I’m visually impaired and completely deaf with cochlear implants to help me hear. I have animals and insist that that my next renters love animals. I’ve lived here for 12 years in this quiet but friendly neighborhood.
