I have a mini law suite utilities included with private bath and entrance on site laundry pool and tennis court access when weather permits. Safe and drama free environment in a 4br 3 bath home only renting out the law suite at this time. My preference is a 3 to 6 months minimum, I have a daughter so I prefer a female tenant but I will consider couples (but the price will change do to more utility usage).
