I own a brand new 2400 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a two car garage, attic, deck, home gym, front porch, and a fireplace. The back yard is partially wooded with an excellent view of the pond that is directly behind the house. I live alone with my 4 year old black lab mix and I am just looking for a nice roommate who cleans up after their mess and is considerate. I will handle all of the yard work, all I ask is the person pays their bills on time and does not damage the house.
