I have a beautiful townhome in Avon lake with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are available for use along with a private bathroom. It is located close to shopping and restaurants, a golf course and is very close to Lake Erie. It is close to I90, but the neighborhood is private and very walkable. I am a professional that works downtown and is in and out a lot. I do have two cats, that are super friendly and will certainly respect your space if the door is closed.
