It's 1,300 (Utilities included!). There's two rooms, a massive kitchen, living room, rear deck overlooking the water, a garage, parking & shed. I'm in the master bedroom, which cost me 1,700 a month. If you want to take the bigger one, it's certainly an option as I'm only 5'6 (and a half!) haha
