We looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and pet friendly. We are renting a large house that has 2 extra Bedrooms. The extra bedrooms are very nice sized. The Candidate will have their own full bathroom. There is a washer and dryer already in the house and is welcome for the use of the new roommate.We are asking for $400 a month for rent and share in the utilities. We are very open minded people. So you know we are a mixed race couple and expecting our first baby in late October.
