I have a lease for a 2BR/2BA apartment at the Bluffs at Epps Bridge beginning July 27th. I need a roommate to split the rent with so I am renting out 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath in a 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment. Must be LGBTQ+ Friendly Okay with any gender. Would prefer someone in their 20s who is down to hangout from time to time. I dont have any pets but I am considering getting a cat so must be okay with cats. My personal space is usually a mess but I make sure to keep any shared spaces clean.
