I live in North Brainerd right next to the Hospital Emergency entrance. North Brainerd is a very safe and clean neighborhood and is close to the river. I have 2 dogs and one cat, all who are very friendly. I am in the process of turning the basement into a bedroom which has a toilet and shower along with a washing machine and dryer (shared). Kitchen and living room area upstairs could be shared also.
