Ideal for Professional or Graduate Student--why live in an apartment. I have a boxer so you must be ok with that, you may have a dog but you must pickup after however no long hair dogs that shed. The whole house is furnished, except for your bedroom. There is an upstairs loft that can be setup to be a lounging area or we can share the down stairs living room.
